Food for thought...

Just having a quick lunch before I head off to my next class.
I was watching on the news this morning that this obesity problem is getting worse. The health professional from the UN urged community leaders (parents, clergy, teachers etc) to take a stand and help the younger generation. If not then the West will be spending billions on treating the effects of obesity.

It was definitely food for thought...
