He gives me stubborn faith...

Looking back on this past week. So many things to be grateful for and about. Grace is the operative word. I've seen God act in wonderful ways but I've also questioned why he seems silent even absent at times.

Although I don't have the answers and it seems sometimes that there is too much pain and hurt in the world for anybody to heal- he gives me this stubborn faith to hang in there.

It's him not me. There's no other way I can explain being able to live life not incarcerated by the cold hands of constant fear, self-loathing, abuse and depression that so characterizes our world now. Yes I admit I'm not totally untouched by it all. I have my bouts at times when this entire "faith" thing seems futile!

BUT he gives me this stubborn faith...
